This is a slightly used Blackhawk Serpa holster that fits the Large slide Glock semi-autos. It comes with both the belt slide unit and the paddle holster attachment....both adjustable for cant. I have tried both the model 21 Glock and the model 39 subcompact..both of them fit fine!!
